Your Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to assist our members with their inquiries. You’ll play a crucial role in helping them understand their benefits and find the right solutions for their health care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about health plans, benefits, and coverage options.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update account information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
