Your Role

As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our members trust. Your main responsibility will be to assist members with their needs, answer questions, and provide support. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Help resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
• Document interactions and follow up as needed.
• Build strong relationships with our members.
