Your Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll mostly communicate with our customers through phone, email, and chat. Your goal will be to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide useful information about our services.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly manner.
  • Help customers track shipments and understand our services.
  • Resolve complaints and find solutions quickly.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Assist in improving our overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time well.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
